Our warranty reflects our confidence in the high quality of our design, engineering, production and product performance. In case of a defect, please present your proof of purchase and the product serial number that is located on the sticker at the bottom of the product.
The warranty covers all manufacturing and material defects (except soft parts), existing at the date of purchase or appearing within a set time from the date of purchase. You can extend to a product lifetime warranty for free, simply by registering your product online within 3 months from the date of purchase.
All soft parts (e.g. seat fabric cover, headrest cover, newborn adapter cover, shoulder pads, mosquito net, rain cover) are covered against material or manufacturing defects during 6 months from the date of purchase.
