Cancelling your order and returning goods
Swandoo is dedicated to offering the highest levels of quality and service. If you are not completely satisfied with any item purchased from our online store, you can return your item for a full refund within 14 days of delivery.
Cancellation
You are entitled to cancel your order or contract with us provided that you do so within 14 days of delivery. Please note a 10% re-stocking fee applies. If you wish to cancel your order then you can do so by emailing us at order@swandoo.eu or calling us on +43 660 1549149.
If no goods have been dispatched, then we will provide a full refund within 10 working days of receiving your notice of cancellation including any shipping charges you have paid for.
If the goods have been dispatched, the goods must be returned in an unused condition, in the original packaging and complete with all original parts and accessories.
We will refund the cost of the item excluding any applicable delivery charges. Please note you may be responsible for collection charges.
We may make a deduction from the refund for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is a result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make any refund due to you as soon as possible. We will make the refund no later than 14 days after we receive your notice of cancellation or when the product is returned. If we refund you the price paid before we are able to inspect the goods and later discover you have handled them in an unacceptable way, you must pay us the appropriate remaining amount.
To qualify for a refund, the goods must be returned in an unused condition, in the original packaging and complete with all original parts and accessories. Please note that should you cancel your order within the 14 working day cooling off period we will refund the cost of the item and also the applicable per item delivery charges.
For products purchased at third party retailers, please contact the retailer in the event that you wish to return your product.
Faulty Goods
For goods purchased from our website, you are entitled to an automatic refund. We are also happy to offer an exchange of any faulty item within 30 days of delivery.
Any faulty item must be returned to us in order to qualify for either a refund or an exchange. In order to arrange for a product to be returned, please get in touch with us by calling customer care or writing to order@swandoo.eu. We will talk you through your options. We will refund the price that you paid for the faulty products in full (including any basic delivery charges you have already paid) and will pay any applicable collection charges. Please note that refunds can take up to 14 days to process once we have confirmed that a refund is due.
If you find a fault with your product outside of the 30-day period please get in touch with us to discuss options.
REPAIRS
If your Swandoo seat suffers damage at any time during its lifespan, we may be able to repair it for you. Please contact us for further information.
To arrange the collection of any item for repair, please call Customer Care Team on +43 660 1549149 between 9.00 and 15.30hrs. Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Standard EU law warranty
Standard EU law warranty applies unless you;
Extend to a lifetime warranty on our car seats upon registration.
In case of a defect, please present your proof of purchase and the product serial number that is located on the sticker at the bottom of the product.
Naše záruka odráží naši důvěru ve vysokou kvalitu našeho designu, konstrukce, výroby a výkonu výrobků. V případě závady předložte doklad o koupi a sériové číslo výrobku, které je uvedeno na samolepce ve spodní části výrobku.
Záruka se vztahuje na všechny výrobní vady a vady materiálu (kromě měkkých dílů), které existují v den nákupu nebo se objeví ve stanovené době od data nákupu. Doživotní záruku na výrobek si můžete zdarma rozšířit, a to pouhou registrací výrobku online do 3 měsíců od data nákupu.
Na všechny měkké části (např. látkový potah sedadla, potah opěrky hlavy, potah novorozeneckého adaptéru, ramenní polštářky, moskytiéra, pláštěnka) se vztahuje záruka na materiálové nebo výrobní vady po dobu 6 měsíců od data zakoupení.

Registering your product
Swandoo products are guaranteed for a period of 36 months, or our car seats for a lifetime warranty if registered, from the date of purchase against manufacturing faults and material defects, when the product is used correctly according to the manufacturer’s instructions. The manufacturer’s warranty is not transferable, only the original purchaser can make a claim.
In the event that you discover a fault with your product, please contact our Customer Care Team on +43 660 1549149 between 9.00 and 15.30hrs. Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Proof of purchase is required to claim on the warranty. This shall not affect your statutory rights.
Please retain your proof of purchase. Without adequate proof of purchase, you will not be able to make a warranty claim.
We endeavour to hold fabric and coordinating components for the duration of the warranty period. Fabrics may fade and discolour slightly during normal use and we cannot guarantee that replacements will be an exact match to original components.

Damage caused by normal wear and tear.
Abnormal use.
Corrosion due to extreme environmental conditions, including high humidity, salt spray, ice or snow or due to insufficient maintenance.
Incorrect assembly or the installation of a third-party part or accessory not compatible with the original design.
Accidental or intentional damage, abuse or neglect.
Improper storage and care of the product.
Damage to fabrics as a result of normal handling and daily use.
If purchased second hand or from an unauthorised reseller.
When the product has not been used for normal use and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
If a repair or modification has been carried out by an unauthorised party or if the product has been dismantled with no authorisation from Swandoo.
Airline/Transport damage: check carefully your Swandoo product after it has been handled by the airline (or other transporters) and submit the claim directly to them.
