In-stock orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days of order and dispatched via DPD’s Next Week Day Service. For guaranteed next-day/weekend delivery please select our timed services detailed below.

• £3.95 for UK (mainland) orders under £65
• Scottish Highlands + Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles and the Channel Islands, items are shipped via DPD Two Day and are charged from £11.95

Orders placed on a timed service will be picked, packed and dispatched the same day via the selected service. There is a 4pm cut-off time Monday to Friday and 12pm on Saturday’s. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day.
• DPD Next Weekday by 12 from £7.95
• DPD Saturday from £11.95
• DPD Sunday from £11.95

If your basket contains items with multiple dispatch dates, and you are not in a rush for your order, you may wish to select our Green Delivery option at checkout. This means you will be helping save on emissions as we will send your full order once everything is in stock.

• Online orders will be shipped on a tracked shipping service via DPD.
• Delivery notifications are sent prior to dispatch and on route so you know exactly when to expect your order
• Weekend and Timed services must be ordered by 4pm Monday to Friday and by 12pm on Saturday
• Bespoke, made to measure and items delivered direct from supplier orders are not included in standard terms

Most of our products are in stock in our warehouse and are available for immediate dispatch, however some may be pre-sold, or stocked with our partners for direct dispatch.

Each product will have the relevant stock status displayed beneath it on the product listing page. Please see details of each status below:
• In stock the item is in our warehouse and can be dispatched immediately.
• Stock available the item is on its way to our warehouse and will be dispatched as soon as it arrives. The estimated delivery date will be displayed in cart.
• Pre-order the item is a brand-new product launch and will be arriving soon. The expected delivery date will be displayed in your cart.
• Delivered direct the item is shipped directly from the respective supplier, who will make direct contact to arrange a convenient delivery time.
• Stock back soon the item is temporarily out of stock with our supplier and will be back as soon as possible.

Please note that you can still select our timed service delivery options on items that are not in stock for immediate dispatch (as above) and they will be sent via your chosen service as soon as the they arrive into the warehouse. If a timed or weekend delivery service is selected on an order with multiple dispatch dates your first delivery will arrive on your selected service and additional items on your order will be dispatched on our regular express service.

Deliveries can be impacted by external factors, so DPD does not guarantee delivery services. We work hard with our partner to ensure we meet your expectations where possible and communicate any changes.
